We offer migraine care for both chronic migraine management and acute migraine relief, depending on your symptoms and how urgently you need treatment.

Chronic Migraine Care
Treatment begins with a virtual initial migraine consultation (MSP-covered) to review your history, confirm your diagnosis, and create a personalized treatment plan.
Ongoing care includes follow-up appointments (virtual or in-person, MSP-covered) to monitor progress and adjust medications as needed, as well as optional in-clinic migraine injection sessions (uninsured) for patients seeking additional procedural treatment.

- Chronic Migraine IV Treatment (15 minutes – in person)
- $135 (not covered by MSP)
Includes: advanced injection techniques to treat chronic headaches and migraines including but not limited to: peripheral nerve blocks, trigger point, perineural, prolotherapy. Local anesthetic, prolotherapy and optional steroid (kenolog) are used for these injections. No Botox. Please see the Therapeutic Botox page for more information on this treatment type.

Acute Migraine Treatment
Acute migraine treatment is for patients who are currently experiencing a migraine and need relief right away.
These appointments are scheduled as a coordinated visit, starting with a brief consultation with a physician (MSP-covered) followed by an in-person IV migraine treatment (uninsured) administered by a registered nurse. To ensure proper coordination, both components must be booked together.

- MSP covered or $98 if not covered
- Acute Migraine IV Treatment (60 minutes – in person)
- $198 (not covered by MSP)

Follow-Up Appointments (Acute & Chronic)
Follow-up appointments are available to review medications, treatment progress, or provide in-person therapies such as trigger point injections or nerve blocks.

- Migraine Follow-Up (15 minutes – in person or phone)
- MSP covered or $98 if not covered
In-person appointments are required for injections, while phone appointments are available for treatment and medication reviews.
