Balance Point Assessment

The whole point of the Balance Point Assessment is to empower the athlete with the objective information they need to understand what they should do in training to get better. This assessment allows us to understand your body’s strength and weaknesses and how it responds to training stress. Athletes will learn to observe biomarkers and how to use them to their advantage to determine intensities and goals for each training cycle and assess improvements over time.

VO2 Max – Direct Method

The VO2 Max is the gold-standard measurement of endurance and can be a great tool for athletes to use before and at the end of a training cycle to determine if any improvement has been made to their cardiovascular fitness.

The VO2 max test involves exercising on a treadmill or stationary bike, simultaneously measuring your expired air using specialized equipment to assess your oxygen consumption throughout the workout. This data helps determine the maximum amount of oxygen you can utilize during physical activity, providing valuable insights into fitness levels and exercise capacity.
