We offer migraine care for both chronic migraine management and acute migraine relief, depending on your symptoms and how urgently you need treatment.

Chronic Migraine Care
Chronic migraine care is designed for individuals who experience frequent or recurring migraines and are looking for long-term management and prevention.
Treatment begins with a brief initial consultation to review your migraine history and develop a personalized care plan. Ongoing treatment appointments and follow-ups help manage symptoms and adjust care as needed.

Acute Migraine Treatment
Acute migraine treatment is for patients who are currently experiencing a migraine and need relief right away.
These appointments are scheduled as a coordinated visit, starting with a brief in-person consultation with our physician, followed immediately by an IV migraine treatment administered by a registered nurse. To ensure proper coordination, acute migraine appointments must be booked together.

- Acute Migraine Consult (10 minutes – in person)
- MSP covered or $98 if not covered
- Acute Migraine IV Treatment (60 minutes – in person)
- $198 (not covered by MSP)
Acute migraine appointments are booked by phone.
Follow-Up Appointments (Acute & Chronic)
Follow-up appointments are available to review medications, treatment progress, or provide in-person therapies such as trigger point injections or nerve blocks.
Appointments & Pricing:
- Migraine Follow-Up (15 minutes – in person or phone)
- MSP covered or $98 if not covered
In-person appointments are required for injections, while phone appointments are available for treatment and medication reviews.
