Growing up in the Yukon, RMT Richard Fulop was able to experience some of the finest wildlife activities this country has to offer. Winters are long however, so while exploring the great indoors, he kept active through weight training, and various sports (making him intimately familiar with aches, pains, and injuries).
Since then, Richard’s affinity to learn about the human body has only strengthened, so he decided to pursue massage therapy. He received his certificate from Vancouver Career College in 2014, where he became knowledgeable in the use of:
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Joint Play
- Myofascial Release
- Neuromuscular Treatment
- Deep Tissue Release
- Rehabilitative Exercise
When you come to see him, a thorough health history and assessment are done, and Richard will discuss a treatment strategy with you to tackle the underlying cause of your symptoms. With his combination of hands-on techniques and prescribed self-care activities, Richard is fully dedicated to helping you through whatever nagging issues may be keeping you from living the active, pain free life you know you can.
