Dr. Hilary Hart loves to surround herself with like-minded people who continue to strive to lead healthier, happier lives. Dr. Hart has worked with a variety of patients, from varsity athletes to grandparents who want to keep up with their grandkids, and she approaches each and every one with the same enthusiasm and compassion. Hilary believes that quality of life is a vital component of wellness and enjoys working cooperatively with patients to help them reach their goals and create healthier lifestyles.
Dr. Hart received her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto with focuses in Health & Disease, Physiology, and Psychology, and continued on to graduate Magna cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Hart treats a variety of musculoskeletal complaints with an emphasis on rehabilitation, home care, and prevention. She holds a full body certification in Active Release Technique (ART) to treat soft tissue injuries, and is full body certified through the Motion Palpation Institute to manage joint dysfunction; she is also Graston certified, has training in McKenzie Therapy, and is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher.
Outside of Valeo, you can find Dr. Hart at a CrossFit gym, taking or teaching a class at a yoga studio, skiing and hiking, or exploring Kelowna with her French Bulldog, Walter.
