Dr. Christine Col has always wanted to help others. That desire combined with her interest in the human body, and her passion for sports, lead her to chiropractic. She obtained her Bachelors in Kinesiology at Brock University before attending New York Chiropractic College to receive her Doctorate.
Dr. Col has a strong interest in treating the human body as a whole and having her patients achieve optimal biomechanical function. By utilizing techniques such as Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, RockTape, McGill Method, and with her experience as an elite level soccer player, Olympic Weightlifter, and student athletic trainer, she has the knowledge and tools needed to get you out of pain, moving better, and achieving your next goal!
Immediately following graduation, Dr. Col packed her bags and moved her life from Hamilton, Ontario to the West Coast, and landed in North Vancouver, BC. While practicing there for 2 years, she was part of the Simon Fraser University Sports Medicine team. After gaining some great experience in the clinic, and sport setting, she is now living, practicing, and loving her life in Kelowna, BC.
Dr. Col is currently a competitive Olympic style weightlifter, training to medal at Canadian Nationals. She also relives her glory days as a varsity soccer athlete by playing soccer on weekends. Moving to the West Coast suits Dr. Col’s active lifestyle, as she enjoys hiking, skiing, and being out on the water whenever she can.
